Abstract

|
Background and Objective: Medical articles need three basic element, no jump of logic, definitiness to use of short and clear terms, accuracy of experimental method and value table etc, and originality, objectivity, emersion, simplicity, impartiality. About 300 articles were pressed in the journal of oriental rehabilitation. But clinical articles have not much samples and mixed intervention that makes difficult reasoning cause and effect.
Methods: We have reviewed 12 articles of low back pain which were pressed from 1996 year to 2001 year in the journal of oriental rehabilitation by Kim¡¯s check list and Criteria List of Cochrane Back Review Group.
Result and Conclusion: 4 articles¡¯s advantages that have been review by both criteria were 47.92¡¾13.56 and 52.65¡¾9.62. This is a reason to lack of evaluation and objective critical principles, so duplicated them and rarely applicated the results, no recognition about commercial deficit and scientific values.
